Amanda Ryalls is a married, mum of two and nana to one, who lives in Rotherham and is a parishioner at Immaculate Conception Church. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog, watercolour painting and various crafts. She is passionate about living a purposeful life – putting her skills to meaningful use.
In 2015, Amanda set up her own business helping business leaders to run their businesses more effectively, so that they and their staff are happier. She specialises in performance improvement and people management. She is a licensed Investors in people consultant and also works two days a week for Sheffield City Region as a skills advisor, helping local businesses to make sure they have the right skills in their business to achieve their business ambitions.
