Hallam Catholic Diocese, together with other local churches, hopes to invite Rise Theatre www.risetheatre.co.uk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1LPCh0gW_w), to bring a public dramatisation of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus to Sheffield’s Peace Gardens during Lent 2027. This special act of public evangelisation is an opportunity to come together and share the Easter story with the wider community—and we need your help to make it happen. You are welcome, whether you have experience in event organisation, stewarding or first aid, or can simply lend a willing pair of hands. Join the planning team by contacting the Formation and Mission Team at formation-mission@hallam-diocese.com no later than 14 November 2026, and help bring the Sheffield Passion Play to life.
