‘DESIDERIO DESIDERAVI’ Apostolic Letter from Pope Francis

Pope Francis Desiderio Desideravi

Pope Francis has written a new Apostolic Letter titled Desiderio desideravi recalling the profound meaning of Eucharistic celebrations as they emerged from the Second Vatican Council, and the urgent need for Liturgical Formation of the People of God.

Our Deacon Bill Burleigh who also delivers the module on Liturgy on the CCRS course, has prepared two versions of quotations/extracts from the letter, to introduce all the readers to this significant letter and encourage everyone to go and read more.
