A working group comprising officials of the Diocese of Viana and Angola’s Provincial Government of Icolo and Bengo have confirmed readiness to host this year’s annual Marian pilgrimage scheduled for early September. The Shrine of Our Lady of Muxima (Mama Muxima) is located in Angola’s Catholic Diocese of Viana.
