From 22nd February , you’re invited to join other Christians for the 40 Days for Life campaign – 40 days of peaceful prayer and fasting for an end to abortion outside the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.

Challenge yourself and take on The Big Lent Walk! Walk when and where you choose over 40 days, alone or with friends. Raise money to help people as they overcome poverty.

On Wednesday 22nd March at 1900 GMT in the church hall at Christ the Eternal High Priest, Gidea Park, Fr Adrian Graffy, parish priest and Member of the Pope’s Biblical Commission, will speak about the Eucharist. The talk, entitled Do this in memory of me, will examine the New Testament material, and trace the understanding of the Eucharist through the centuries, including the latest teaching of Pope Francis.
