Further to the first rep meeting held via zoom recently, we have now planned the following dates to hold further meetings:
Wednesday 3rd March 12.30-1.30pm – Chesterfield, Bassetlaw and Barnsley Deaneries
Wednesday 3rd March 6.30-7.30pm – Doncaster Deanery
Wednesday 17th March 12.30-1.30pm – Rotherham Deanery
Wednesday 17th March 6.30-7.30pm – Sheffield Deanery
We appreciate that these dates might not suit everyone however, we have had to plan dates around our availability (I am on part time furlough and working from home) and also Marie’s home schooling commitments. We have also tried to plan a couple of evening dates for those who are not available to attend in the daytime.
Please try wherever possible to attend the meeting specifically for your deanery, this will provide opportunity for you to meet the others working in neighbouring parishes and to discuss/share ideas and experiences. However, if you cannot attend on the date of your own deanery then please feel free to attend another date/time.
We will be following a structured agenda which will follow nearer the date, however, if anyone has any specific items they would like to add for discussion then please let myself or Marie know and we will try to accomodate. Alternatively, if anyone would like to discuss an issue or concern privately then please let us know.
If you currently do not have zoom to take part in the meetings then please let me know and I can provide instructions on how to download this to your PC, tablet or phone to enable you to join us. It is a free video conference facility being used by many during the pandemic.
