‘FLOWERS FOR PEACE’ DURING the BAMFORD CARNIVAL
Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, Bamford, is to host ‘Flowers for Peace’ during this year’s Bamford Carnival. The church will be open to visitors daily during Carnival Week
(Sat. 9th – Sat. 16th July) between 10.30am and 4.30pm
The simple floral displays and adjoining prayers, organised by the parishioners, are to represent The hopes and prayers that many of us share for peace in all the world’s war zones including of course, Ukraine.
The parishioners are delighted to support the village’s annual Carnival and hope that you will visit.
